To advance the mission of  NOBC and your participation with NOBC. NOBC’s mission is to improve the health of communities and the nation through the service of nurses on boards.

What do we do with the information we collect?

  1. We collect information for multiple purposes that may include researching the number of nurses on boards by state and nationwide, to gain information about individuals who are interested in board service, and to make potential board appointments.
  2. We collect information to better understand how you use the Site, update our Site content, understand trends, for demographic informational purposes, improve the Site experience, and perform non-personal or aggregate statistics.
  3. We also use the information we collect to meet legal and regulatory obligations and to better offer our services or products.

Do we share any of the information we collect? 
We may share or disclose information that we collect about you with NOBC National Nursing Association Member Organizations, NOBC Member Organization Affiliates,   NOBC Strategic Partners and ,and or NOBC Designated State Contacts ,  in support of those currently serving on boards or interested in serving on boards to fulfill NOBC’s  mission. The intention is that these organizations will help facilitate board placements or may contact you to learn more about your board experience or interests. You will not be contacted for solicitations by NOBC beyond those directly related to board preparation and support opportunities, or specific to NOBC’s mission

Do we share any of the personal information we collect about you to third parties for their direct marketing purposes? 

We do NOT share your personal information with any third parties, beyond indirect sharing with the organizations listed above who have a formal relationship with NOBC.
